1. Introduction

ARTISO (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website artiso.ai, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.

2. GDPR Compliance Statement

We are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy has been updated to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements. We act as a data controller for the personal information we collect and process.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect personal data in the following ways:

  • Information you provide to us directly (e.g., when signing up for our waiting list, contacting us via email)
  • Information we collect automatically when you visit our site (e.g., cookies, IP address, browser type)
  • Information from third parties (e.g., analytics providers, advertising networks)

The personal data we collect may include:

  • Demo requests: first and last name, role or title, email address and, if provided, company name, company website, country code and mobile phone number
  • Waitlist signups: email address and, if provided, first and last name; your optional newsletter choice and the notice and consent text shown when you submit
  • Submission context: page URL, IP address, whether a demo email is a company or personal address, a submission reference, and how you found us: the page where your visit began, the website or campaign link that brought you (such as its utm tags) and, if you came from an ad, which network it ran on, never the ad's click ID. We keep this only in your browser's memory while you visit, without cookies, and receive it only if you send us a form
  • Usage data (how you interact with our site)
  • Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
  • Cookies and tracking technologies

Under the GDPR, we must have a legal basis for processing your personal data. We rely on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract or steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)): arranging demos, following up about your demo, saving your waitlist place, and notifying you about early access and our launch
  • Your consent (Article 6(1)(a)): our optional newsletter and analytics cookies. Joining the waitlist does not require newsletter consent. You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting hello@artiso.ai
  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • Legitimate interests (e.g., to improve our website and services, and to learn which channels bring creative teams to ARTISO)

5. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

  • To provide and maintain our Site
  • To notify you about changes to our Site
  • To provide customer support
  • To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Site
  • To monitor the usage of our Site
  • To detect, prevent and address technical issues
  • To arrange and follow up on your demo; optional phone numbers are used only to arrange the demo, not for marketing calls
  • To save your waitlist place and send early access and launch information
  • To send product news, fashion-tech insights and event invitations only if you opt in to our newsletter
  • To learn which stories, campaigns and channels bring fashion's creative teams to ARTISO, so we can keep showing up where you look for inspiration

6. Data Retention

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
